Typical booking window: Most couples reserve their date 8–14 months in advance. Prime summer Saturdays in Toronto and the GTA often book first.
Guest counts we serve: We specialize in weddings between 75 and 300 guests. For events outside this range, note it in your form and we’ll confirm fit.
Service area: Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and surrounding areas.
Do you provide staff, rentals and bar service, or just the food?
We can do as much or as little as you need. Most couples choose full-service catering, which includes chefs, servers, event leads and bar staff, as well as rentals like glassware, flatware and linens. If your venue already includes some of these pieces, we’ll adjust your proposal accordingly.
Can you accommodate cultural or fusion wedding menus?
Absolutely. We frequently design menus that honour cultural traditions — from South Asian and Middle Eastern weddings to Jewish, Caribbean and Eastern European celebrations. We can also collaborate with a specialty caterer for specific items if needed.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
Within one business day, a member of our wedding team will confirm our availability for your date and send a tailored proposal with menu ideas, per-guest pricing and recommended service style. From there, we can fine-tune details via email or a quick call, and schedule a tasting once you’re happy with the direction.
Do you cater outdoor and tented weddings?
Yes. We regularly cater outdoor weddings throughout the GTA and can provide mobile kitchen setups, power requirements and weather-contingency plans. Share your venue and we’ll advise what’s needed to serve your menu safely and beautifully.
